Brewing since 1990, Durango Brewing Company is one of the oldest breweries in Colorado. With heritage that dates back to 1886 when Durango Beer and Ice Company became Durango Brewing Company, we are proud to be part of Colorado’s beer history.

Starting as a small brewery with room for only 11 people in the taproom Durango Brewing Company has seen growth and change as the craft beer industry has gained main-stream momentum. As the industry has changed so have we- what once was the original taproom is now our grain handling room. We have added additional fermentation tanks over the years and eventually purchased the entire building, allowing us to expand into the current space that houses the taproom and kitchen in 2007.
